SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the details entered during checkout.
The delivery fee is calculated by the weight of the items and the delivery location.
We also have a Click & Collect Option, which is a free service. During checkout, please select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery option and we will contact you via phone or email when your order is ready for collection in store.
Please note: Vacuum cleaners and other machines may have a longer delivery time frame.

Please Note:
- The time
frames mentioned above are based on availability of stock. If stock is
unavailable at the time of purchase, the duration of delivery may be
increased. Special or larger orders may have a longer processing and
manufacturing time frame for delivery. - Please note
that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a correct and
complete delivery address. If your delivery address is different from your
billing address please specify this during checkout. - If your order has not arrived within the estimated
delivery time, or you have additional questions regarding delivery, please do

Delivery
We will deliver the Goods to the address stated in the Order or as agreed by us in
writing. Adore Cleaning Products reserves the right to charge for delivery of
the Goods at any time, notwithstanding that it may not have previously done so.
We will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the
Goods. We will not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or
indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.
We will be entitled to charge for and recover from you on demand all costs or loss
caused by:
Failure by you to collect or take delivery of the Goods (as the case maybe) as and when
agreed to.
Any such costs or loss will include (but not be limited to) the cost of storage,
hour transportation and administration costs. - Return of Goods
The Goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Except where the Australian Consumer Law permits you to reject the Goods,
Adore Cleaning Products will not accept the return of the Goods for credit or exchange of goods unless Adore Cleaning Products agrees to accept the return of the Goods in writing.
Return of the Goods will only be accepted for credit
within 14 days of delivery, unless due to our error. Return freight will be at
our cost only when the error is on our part.
No returned Goods will be accepted by us (even if we agree to do so) if they have
been tampered with or used and cannot be resold as new. Where goods are
returned to us as above, they will be returned to you at your expense.
